Having called Sydney home for the past 13 years, along with living on the Central coast for over 20 years prior, Andrew has an extensive knowledge of both the Central Coast and Sydney metropolitan areas and populations. Andrew leverages this knowledge at each auction along with his experience as an auctioneer to read audiences and adapt his auction style, keeping vendors relaxed and bidders competitive – all vital ingredients to achieving the highest possible values for properties under the hammer.
